Sounak Ray is a Software Engineer at LENA since February 2023, with previous experience as a Machine Learning Summer Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a Software Engineer at Columbia Build Lab. Sounak has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, contributing to courses on Speech Recognition and Data Science, and has also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Digital Video and Multimedia Laboratory. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Scientist and Data Science Intern at Sprinklr and a Summer Intern at the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata. Sounak holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
