Sarah Coletti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management within nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Success Manager at LENA since January 2019, Sarah has previously held roles as a Senior Implementation Specialist and Customer Success Specialist at the same company. Prior to LENA, Sarah was the Customer Success Lead/Account Manager at Yippiekiyay Nonprofit Solutions, where leadership and team development were key responsibilities.
