Nicolas Pillon has a diverse work experience spanning over nearly two decades. Nicolas started their career as a Technicien supérieur at Technocentre Renault in 2004. Subsequently, they worked as an Apprenti Ingénieur en Electronique (Informatique Industriel) at Micro Plus from 2005 to 2008. Nicolas then joined AUSY as an Ingénieur d'étude, where they worked from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Nicolas joined Arris / Pace France as an Ingénieur logiciel / Développeur WEB, and they stayed with the company until 2016. During their time at Arris / Pace France, they held the position of Lead développeur FullStack IHM Web embarquée at iXblue starting from 2016. Nicolas worked in this role for over six years before moving on to their latest position as a Fullstack Web développeur at lempire, wherein they started in August 2022.

Nicolas Pillon obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electronique Informatique Industrielle from Polytech Sorbonne, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have also completed a certification titled "Book meetings with 30%+ of your prospects - Multichannel Outreach Masterclass" from lemlist in September 2022.
