Mahan Mashoof has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Mahan started as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Consultant at GE Healthcare in 2013, where they worked until 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Consultant at ÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ENTEC Diagnostika GmbH. In 2017, they founded Greenbud AB and worked as a Founder and Co-owner until 2019. During the same period, they also worked at Moty as a Business Developer. In 2018, Mahan joined Bosch Rexroth as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Consultant until 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Prevas AB. In 2020, they transitioned to Daitya Automotive, where they worked as a Project Manager Team Lead until September 2020. Following that, they joined Inova Consultoria Imobiliária as a Full Stack Web Developer from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they became a Frontend Web Developer at Mobiento - a Deloitte business, and in 2022, they joined Lemontree as a Software Developer.

Mahan Mashoof has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. In 2019, they attended Le Wagon and received a degree as a Full-Stack Web Developer, specializing in Computer Programming.

In addition to their formal education, Mahan Mashoof has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed the "AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials" course from AWS Training Online. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in JavaScript from TestDome. Mahan also completed the "Investment and Portfolio Management Specialization" from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in September 2019. In May 2019, they obtained a certification in "Offshore Oil and Gas Introduction" from Satoms. Mahan completed the "ISO 13485:2016 Employee Training" from Quality Training Portal in September 2018. In February 2018, they completed the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course offered by Google. Finally, in September 2017, they obtained a certification in "Business Economics 1" from NTI-skolan.
