Gina Pongolini is an experienced HR professional and clinical psychologist, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Lemontech since June 2021. Gina has a background in recruitment consultancy, having worked at G4 Global Partners and ISO Recursos Humanos, as well as experience in personnel selection at Taxia Human Capital. As a clinical psychologist, Gina has been working independently since January 2021. Gina holds a postgraduate degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy from Centro Psicoterapia Gestal and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de La Plata, alongside studies in Psychology at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and a degree in International Relations from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
