Luis Melgar is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service delivery and SAP solutions management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Lemongrass since May 2022, Luis oversees IT service delivery and drives operational process improvements. Previously, at The AES Corporation from October 2007 to April 2022, Luis held multiple roles, including SAP Global Solutions Architect, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical teams supporting several countries, negotiating outsourcing contracts, and executing complex proposals. Luis has a proven track record of implementing over 200 integrations and has extensive experience in SAP product adherence and integration activities. Earlier career roles include positions as an Integrations Analyst and Senior Database Administrator, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and database management. Luis holds an Executive MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a BS in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador.
