Arian Xerdan Pascual currently serves as a Critical Incident Manager at Lemongrass, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Arian worked at FIS from July 2014 to January 2024 as a Major Incident Manager, where responsibilities included managing incidents through their lifecycle and leading recovery efforts for major incidents. Arian also held the position of SR. Tech Helpdesk Executive II, focusing on incident management and information security, among other responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a Team Lead position at Sutherland Global Services from June 2008 to April 2013. Arian holds a degree in Computer Programming and System Design from Advance Digital Science Institute.
