Chantel Maidwell is the Head of Administration at LemonEdge. Chantel has over two years of experience in office management, HR, and accounting. Prior to joining LemonEdge, Chantel was the Office Manager at Accountlets where they were responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing sickness and holiday records, overseeing staff training requirements, monitoring office supplies, dealing with HMRC, preparing engagement letters, welcoming visitors, answering and screening calls, managing emails and post, organising internal and client meetings, assisting directors with daily tasks, filing, property management, arranging property viewings, drafting tenancy agreements, registering tenant deposits, and property repairs and maintenance.
