Tomer Brosh is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Principal Engineer and Backend Lead at Lemonade since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading the backend guild and managing engineering teams across various domains. Previous roles at Lemonade include Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Engineering Team Lead, focusing on backend development, claims handling, and promoting Domain Driven Design and Microservices principles. Prior to Lemonade, Tomer worked at Fanzone LTD as Dev Lead and Senior Full Stack Developer, contributing to stack selection and major code components.
