Roy Confino is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and operations within the insurance and crypto sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business Development and Head of Crypto Initiatives at Lemonade, Roy manages operations for both the company and its foundation, while fostering strategic partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives. Additionally, as President of The Lemonade Crypto Climate Coalition, Roy focuses on leveraging blockchain technology to address global hunger through crop insurance for subsistence farmers. Previously, Roy co-founded Freesbee.me, held significant roles in the Israeli government, and accrued experience in legal research and academia. Roy holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Commercial Law from UC Berkeley and dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
