Nikki de Coninck currently serves as the EUR Site Operations Manager and Company Secretary at Lemonade since July 2019, where innovation in the insurance sector is prioritized. Prior experience includes a role as Business Operations Manager at PLAYFAIR Visa and Migration Services, focusing on immigration law, and a position as Team Coordinator / Claims Consultant at the Australian Building and Construction Group, specializing in insurance claims management. Additionally, Nikki worked as a Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Education in the Netherlands, advising the Dutch State Secretary on policy matters, and had a secondment at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the EU. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in International and European Public Law - Human Rights from Tilburg University, a Post-Graduate Campus degree in Public Policy from Leiden University College The Hague, and a Bachelor of Laws in International and European Law from Tilburg University.
