Elad Moshe is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Lemonade since August 2021, where leadership of the Home Engineering tribe focuses on enhancing Homeowners and Renters insurance. Prior to this role, Elad held the position of VP Engineering at Bond from December 2017 to August 2021, managing a team of 25 engineers across backend/devops, mobile, and QA groups. Elad's earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Group Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Bond, Lead Software Engineer at Capriza, Senior JavaScript Client/Server Software Engineer at HP Software, and .Net Developer at both QualiSystems and AMS - Innovative Compliance. Elad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Life Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
