Petra Murgić Novak serves as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead at Lemax since December 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies for attracting and retaining top talent while enhancing the company's brand. Previously, Petra held various roles at Degordian from May 2013 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Human Resources Manager, where collaboration with management on HR strategies occurred across multiple offices. Earlier experience includes HR positions that focused on recruitment and employee management, starting as a Social Media Marketing Intern at iSTUDIO Ltd. from May 2011 to May 2013. Petra holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb.
