Jasmina Puskaric is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Lemax since September 2015, Jasmina has significantly contributed to developing specialized SaaS solutions for the travel industry. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at STYRIA HRVATSKA, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy, recruitment, training, and internal communication across multiple companies. Jasmina also held positions at Holcim, Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, and VIPnet d.o.o., focusing on recruitment, talent development, and internal HR processes. Jasmina holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, along with various professional development certifications in areas such as finance, training ROI, and social media in HR.
