Marie Virtt has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Marie currently works at LEKO LABS, where they have held multiple roles including VP of People and Head of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at the same company from 2018 to 2021. Before joining LEKO LABS, Marie worked as a Client Service Coordinator at KNEIP from 2016 to 2017. Marie also has experience in the logistics and supply chain field, having worked as a Transport Invoicing Administrator at Ferrero from 2014 to 2015, and as a Supply Chain Analyst at Eltman, Eltman and Cooper from 2012 to 2013. Marie began their career with internships at RBC Dexia Investor Services and Deutsche Welle in 2010 and 2009 respectively.

Marie Virtt completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management and International Business from Rider University in 2012. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued Management and International Business at CEFAM, where they received a certification titled CEFAM Title certified Level II by the French Government.
