Matthew Ruszczynski is an accomplished professional in the field of estimating and project management, currently serving as Lead Estimator and Project Manager for Misc Metals at LeJeune Steel Company since January 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew spent over a decade at Grunau Company, where duties included Lead Estimator, Estimator/Assistant Project Manager, and Project Expeditor. Earlier experience includes a position as Front Line Supervisor at UPS and serving as a Munitions Systems Journeyman in the United States Air Force. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2008 and 2011.
