Margaret McSpadden is a Project Engineer II at Leiters Health since November 2024, following a tenure at Automated Engineering Services, Inc. where Margaret held roles as Process Engineer I and Associate Process Engineer from April 2021 to November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Peer Mentor at the Colorado School of Mines from December 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included planning and leading training for 90 peer mentors on various topics, transitioning to digital formats during COVID, and contributing creatively to the peer mentor program. Margaret earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a Biological Specialty from the Colorado School of Mines in 2021.
