Emmet Farrell has extensive experience in rugby coaching and performance analysis, currently serving as the Senior Kicking Coach at Leinster Rugby since June 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing kicking strategies for the team. Farrell has also worked as a Senior Performance Analyst with the Senior team for over ten seasons. Prior to Leinster Rugby, Emmet served as the Head Coach of the Senior Squad at Blackrock College RFC from April 2014 to June 2016, and as an Assistant Coach at Lansdowne FC from July 2011 to April 2014, contributing to the team's AIL Championship win in the 2012/2013 season. Emmet Farrell holds a Bachelor's degree from Technological University Dublin and attended Blackrock College from 1991 to 1995.
