Anssi Jolkkonen is an experienced procurement specialist currently working at Leijona Catering Oy since August 2019. Prior to this role, Anssi held various positions in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including shift manager at Pizzeria Blocco and Amarillo Kuopio, as well as several roles as restaurant manager at establishments such as Pub Kuohu, O’Nelly’s Irish Bar, and BePop Iisalmi. Anssi also gained experience as a sales representative at Hartwall and restaurant manager with Osuuskauppa PeeÄssä while serving in multiple capacities, including shift manager and waiter. Additionally, Anssi worked as an instructor with the Finnish Defence Forces for a brief period in 2003.
