Deb Walock is an experienced manufacturing executive with a strong focus on continuous improvement and lean transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of the Manufacturing Center of Excellence at Leidos since February 2023, Walock's previous roles include Deputy Director of Manufacturing at Dynetics, Inc., and Lean Manager at Polaris Industries, where leadership in continuous improvement initiatives was a key responsibility. Extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc. involved managing assembly operations and manufacturing engineering for various product lines, while earlier positions at Carlisle Brake & Friction and Bobcat Company emphasized enhancing production efficiency and quality. Walock holds an MBA in Management from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University.
