Renske Valk is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR Policies & Procedures at Leiden University since November 2023. Previously, Renske held the position of Head of Global Learning & Development (VP) at intive from January 2022 to November 2023, focusing on transforming the learning team into a global entity and designing a vision for employee development. Renske's extensive experience includes roles as a Talent Development Consultant at TomTom, specializing in various aspects of leadership and organizational effectiveness, and as a Co-Founder and HR Consultant at Elevate Consulting Group - Accetis International, overseeing team management and the development of psychometric tools. Additional experiences include consulting at Nicholson International and completing the HR Leadership Program at GE Capital TIP. Renske holds an MBA from NIMBAS, an MA in Organisational & Industrial Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, and an MA in Psychology from York University.
