Tiffany Lynch is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in law enforcement and representation. Currently serving as the Deputy National Chair of the Police Federation of England and Wales since September 2018, Tiffany advocates for police officers across the nation, focusing on parliamentary lobbying and conduct and performance issues. In addition to this role, Tiffany has been the Chair of Trustees for the LPF Insurance Trust since July 2020 and has been a police officer with Leicestershire Police since February 1995. Tiffany previously held the position of Chair of the Leicestershire Police Federation from July 2014 to September 2018. Tiffany's educational background includes attending Oakham School from 1985 to 1992.
