Richard Wilks currently serves as General Manager and Head of Performance Recruitment at Leicester Tigers since October 2021. Prior to this, Richard was a Company Director at Green Room Sports from April 2009 to October 2023. Richard's educational background includes studies at Newcastle University from 1996 to 1999 and executive education at VSI Executive Education from 2019 to 2020.
