Nishant Jaiswal is an experienced Image Processing Engineer at Leica Camera AG since March 2023, focusing on the independent development of software for camera systems in mobile phones and implementing image processing algorithms on mobile platforms using C/C++. Prior to this role, Nishant served as a Student Research Assistant at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where deep learning methods were implemented to detect ground faults in circuits. Nishant's prior experience includes a Master Thesis at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), involving deep learning methodologies for signal detection in remote sensing data, and various roles as a Student Research Assistant and intern at DLR and FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Nishant holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Multimedia Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology.
