Jovanna Perez has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2022.

Jovanna started their career as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, where they managed construction document information, coordinated office functions, and provided administrative support to company partners.

Jovanna then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Technical Director at Bouygues Civil Works Florida - Tunnel Project. In this role, they served as a key support to the technical department, managing calendars, correspondence, and departmental information, as well as ensuring compliance with document control requirements.

Following that, Jovanna joined Plaza Construction as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, and eventually a Project Manager. Jovanna was responsible for managing TCO/CO processes, small trades, and LEED documentation. Jovanna also obtained permits, liaised with city officials, and facilitated communication with vendors and clients.

Currently, Jovanna is working as a Senior Project Manager at Lehrer Cumming, where they are leading project management efforts.

Throughout their career, Jovanna has demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage projects and teams.

Jovanna Perez has a history of education that spans multiple institutions and fields of study. In 1999, they started attending Hialeah Senior High and remained there until 2003. It is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. From 2003 to 2005, Jovanna attended Florida International University, focusing on Business. After a gap of more than 10 years, they started their education again in 2016 at Miami Dade College, where they are currently enrolled in the field of Construction Management.
