Joe Chambers has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Joe started their career in 1994 as an Advanced Audio Video Automation and Communications Technician at HTI, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Hot Spot Broadband, where they were responsible for managing the organization's finances and overseeing its growth. In 2005, they joined Charter Communications / Charter Business as a Professional Telecommunications Consultant, specializing in providing strategic communication solutions to enterprise-level clientele. In 2012, they joined Spectrum as a Sales Leader, leading the sales team until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Lehr since 2022.

Joe Chambers attended The Prestigious Real World from 1975 to 2010, studying Business Growth and Development. Joe also obtained a certification titled "Certified To Do What Was Said Couldn't Be Done" in 1975.
