Karen Kelly Kuczynski is an experienced career services professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Career Integration and a Career Coach at Lehigh University since August 2022. Previously, Karen held several roles at Lehigh University from September 2013 to January 2022, including Director of Career Education and Associate Director of Career & Professional Development, where significant strategic partnerships and innovative networking opportunities were established. Other experiences include admissions at CAPofPA and consulting roles at Georgetown University and Muhlenberg College, along with earlier positions in career services at Villanova University. Educationally, Karen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, complemented by GCDF training.
