Phil DePoe, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Engineer and Capital Works Engineer at Lehigh County Authority since January 2014, Phil has a solid foundation from previous work as a Professional Engineer at Buchart Horn, Inc. from May 2006 to January 2014. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from DeSales University, completed in March 2021, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2006.
