Bobby Hypes is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the mining industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Lehigh Anthracite Coal since June 2023. Prior to this role, Bobby held the position of Manager of Operations at Black Warrior Minerals from September 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing surface mine production, trucking, coal preparation, dock operations, barge loading, and logistics. Bobby earned a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the WV Institute of Technology, completing studies in August 1985.
