Vincent Deseine has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as an Employee at the French Tennis Federation. In 2011, they were a Order Manager at Baxter International Inc. Vincent then gained experience in the real estate industry as an Agent (Stage) at FONCIA in 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Developer at Rennes School of Business. In 2016, they joined Canon France as a Key Account Manager Assistant. Moving on, in 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Officer at Amaris, where they focused on identifying and recruiting consultants for technology and management projects. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Business Manager at ALTEN. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at LeHibou.com, where they manage relationships with key clients in the IT sector and is involved in business development and referral management.

Vincent Deseine began their education in 2008 at Shalom College in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia, where they completed Grade 12. Vincent then pursued further studies at Prépa HEC - Lycée Gustave Flaubert in Rouen from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Vincent attended Rennes School of Business from 2013 to 2018. In 2015, they also enrolled in Sabanci University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in 2016.
