Bryan D. Newby, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as the General Manager at Legum & Norman and holds a position on the Quorum Committee for the Community Associations Institute. Additionally, Bryan is a Subject Matter Expert for the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Since February 2016, Bryan has also worked as a Real Estate Advisor at Pearson Smith Realty. Before these roles, Bryan was the General Manager at Zalco Realty and served as the Assistant General Manager at the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®. Other professional experiences include roles as Partner and Director of Operations at Cooking Up Books Education Studio, Business Process Consultant at Precision Logistics International, and Senior Manager at ACA Financials Inc. Responsibilities throughout Bryan's career have encompassed Facility, Project, Community, and Financial Management for significant properties, notably managing 740,520 square feet of historical residential buildings in Arlington, VA.
