Manoj Jaiswal has extensive experience in the manufacturing and injection moulding sector, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Legrand (India) since September 2005. Responsibilities include overseeing the production of plastic moulded parts, managing moulding suppliers, and maintaining machinery from brands like Arburg, Fanuc, Engle, and Toshiba. Manoj is accountable for team performance assessments, resource organization, and the implementation of productivity improvement initiatives, including energy-saving proposals and automation technology. Prior to Legrand, Manoj worked at Varroc and Videocon Appliances Limited as an Executive in Injection Moulding and began a career at JAIN IRRIG as an Injection Moulding Specialist. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology, completed in 2000.
