Dorien Mergaerts is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as HR Director at Legrand Group Belgium since May 2023, Dorien previously held the position of HR Manager at TAUW Belgium from April 2018 to March 2023. Additional experience includes working as HR Business Partner at Alpha Card and as a Senior HR Consultant at PZ. Dorien began the career as a Search & Selection Officer at Actief Interim. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in HR from UC Leuven-Limburg, complemented by studies at KU Leuven.
