Eleanor Devey-Robson has a wealth of experience in customer support and success roles. Eleanor began their career in 2012 as Manager at The Red Lion, followed by an Events Internship at Added Dimension Events in 2013. In 2013, they also took on the role of Regional Sales Support and Internet Marketing Account Manager at ReachLocal. In 2015, they joined Trustpilot as Manager- Customer Success UK, and then progressed to Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manger- Key Accounts, and Senior Client Integration Manager. In 2019, they moved to Fidel API as Head of Customer Success, and currently works at Legl as Head of Customer Support and Enablement.
Eleanor Devey-Robson attended the University of Sussex from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and American Studies. In 2010 and 2011, they studied abroad at The University of British Columbia, focusing on English Literature and American History. In addition, they obtained a Google AdWords Advanced Search Exam certification in November 2014, a Google Advertising Fundamentals certification in November 2013, and a Personal Liquor License in May 2009.
