Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Mariana has also been the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (November 2017 - November 2019) and a role as a nutritionist in a private clinic (February 2016 - 2019). Additionally, Mariana has contributed as a university lecturer on subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school (August 2016 - August 2017). Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019 - 2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011 - 2015).
