Arnold van der Lee currently serves as a Procesdesigner and Projectmanager at PGB Pensioendiensten since July 2024, and as a Business Consultant at Legian since January 2022. Additionally, Arnold is the owner and founder of Bovenkaap, an organization dedicated to reducing waste by educating leaders and teams in both social and commercial sectors. Previous roles include Servicemanager ICT at Florence, Strategic Program Manager at Odido Nederland, and a long tenure at KPN where various positions were held, including Lean Blackbelt Consultant and Manager of operations across multiple network services. Arnold held a political role as a municipal council member and assistant for D66 in Gemeente Nieuwkoop from September 2013 to June 2022. Educational qualifications include a recent study at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, along with numerous certifications in Lean and business continuity management.
