Dwayne Phills is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network management and infrastructure optimization. Currently serving as the Global Senior Network Manager at Leggett & Platt since July 2021, Dwayne oversees a diverse team responsible for data, VoIP, and video operations across over 200 locations globally. Previous roles include Senior IT Network Infrastructure & Security Manager at American Residential Services, IT Infrastructure Network Services Manager at C&S Wholesalers, and Global Network Operations Support Manager at Inmarsat. Notable accomplishments include managing Fortinet SD-WAN/Firewall and VoIP implementations, developing strategic IT infrastructure plans, and collaborating with cybersecurity initiatives. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Agricultural Business Management from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
