Grant Jackson is a seasoned professional in the field of market research and customer insights, currently serving as a Senior Voice of the Customer Platform Specialist at Leger since April 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at SMART Technologies, including Market Research Analyst and Voice of the Customer Research Analyst, from May 2017 to April 2022.
