Anita Stepnowska is an experienced IT Talent Acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as an IT Talent Acquisition Partner at Legend since July 2022, Anita specializes in sourcing and onboarding talent for the tech sector. Prior to this role, Anita worked at Empik Group as a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist and IT Recruiter, conducting end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and engaging in employer branding activities. Earlier experiences include positions at Coders Lab as a Junior Recruitment Specialist, focusing on IT lecturer recruitment and internal positions, and at Gemius as a Junior HR Specialist, overseeing various recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Anita holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Warsaw University of Technology and a Master's degree in Psychology from APS Maria Grzegorzewska University.
