Reginaldo Santos is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at BRAINVEST since February 2021, Reginaldo has also mentored students at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, focusing on developing skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. Prior to this, Reginaldo held the position of Diretor de consultoria at Oplos Management Consulting, leading projects related to tax and operational processes. Significant achievements include executing a turnaround of the Business Process and IT Practice at Grant Thornton Brasil and implementing ERP and HR systems at Techware Systems. Reginaldo's educational background includes an MBA from Ibmec and postgraduate studies in IT Management from FIAP.
