Lucas Dudley has extensive experience in franchise operations and training within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Franchise Operations at Legendary Restaurant Brands since July 2013, Lucas has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director, Director, and Franchise Operations Manager. Additionally, Lucas has been a Corporate Trainer at Bennigan’s since February 2000, contributing to employee development and operational training. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Old Memorial Golf Club from July 2008 to July 2013, where responsibility included supporting daily operations and customer service.
