Tim Poskin is an experienced leader in the cleaning industry, currently serving as Vice President of Program Development and MRO Ready 2 Respond Program Director at Legend Brands since June 2023. As President of Cleaning Management Concepts, LLC since January 2016, Tim has focused on culture change through workloading, benchmarking, and training for cleaning organizations. An active member of the ISSA Workloading and Benchmarking Committee since June 2016, Tim contributes to the standardization and enhancement of workloading practices. Previous roles include Director of ISSA Consulting and Consultant for Cleaning Industry Professional, plus significant experience at Wake Forest University and The Boeing Company. Tim's educational background includes studies at the University of Phoenix and Highlands High School.
