David Henke

Head of Customer Success at Legartis

David Henke has diverse work experience in the field of customer success. David is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Legartis since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Planview, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager from April 2022 to July 2022, and as a Customer Success Manager from November 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Planview, Inc., David worked at riskmethods in various customer success roles. David served as a Customer Success Manager from June 2017 to September 2019 and started their career there as a Werkstudent Customer Success Management from November 2014 to June 2017.

David Henke's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Lindenwood University and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2012. Following this, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology at Hochschule für angewandtes Management. Continuing their education, from 2017 to 2021, David earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Management from the same institution.

In addition to their academic achievements, David Henke has obtained two additional certifications. In July 2020, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. Then, in August 2021, they earned the MEDDPICC Certified Badge - CSM_Renewal from Planview.
