Jeffrey Stibel has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2014 and Chairman since October 2018. Mr. Stibel has been a partner of Bryant Stibel & Company, an investment and strategic advisory platform since January 2013. Mr. Stibel also served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of The Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation from July 2010 to July 2015, and as Dun & Bradstreet Corporation’s Vice Chairman from July 2015 to March 2018 following The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation’s acquisition of The Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation and currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Counsel for the board of directors of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Stibel was President and Chief Executive Officer of Web.com, Inc., a leading provider of online marketing services for small businesses. Mr. Stibel serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of privately held companies, as well as academic boards. From December 2006 to January 2019, Mr. Stibel served as a member of the board of directors of AutoWeb, Inc. (Nasdaq: AUTO). He holds a B.A. degree in psychology, philosophy, and cognitive science from Tufts University and a master’s degree in Brain Science from Brown University, where he was the recipient of a Brain and Behavior Fellowship while studying for a Ph.D. Mr. Stibel also received an honorary doctorate of business from Pepperdine University.
