Stephen Yap has extensive work experience in research and management roles. Stephen currently serves as the Research Director at CCMA | Call Centre Management Association and LegalTechTalk. Previously, they worked as the Director at Jam!Research and Intuit Research. Stephen also held leadership positions at Ipsos MORI, where they were the Head of VoC Programmes and Head of Customer. Prior to Ipsos MORI, they worked as the Global Account Director & Group Director at Kantar TNS. Stephen's career also includes roles at Interactive Audience Measurement Asia (iamasia), Ogilvy, and Ketchum Public Relations.

Stephen Yap has a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from The University of Sheffield and an MA in Communication from Washington State University.
