Jo Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. In 2007, Jo worked as a Rooms Division Trainee at the Ritz Carlton Bahrain, Hotel & Spa, where they were responsible for guest relations and administrative tasks. From 2009 to 2009, Jo worked as a Junior Lecturer at Stenden South Africa, tutoring and organizing site inspections for Lodge Management students. In 2010, Jo held various positions at Off To Work Recruitment, including supervising a team and working at high-end events. From 2011 to 2013, Jo worked as a Stewardess on the Motor Yacht Saint Nicolas, primarily focusing on housekeeping. In 2013, Jo became the Interior Yacht Manager/Chief Stewardess on the Motor Yacht Baraka, overseeing all aspects of the interior. In 2015, Jo worked as a Conference Manager at Informa - Infoline | IIR | IBC, managing logistics for conferences worldwide. From 2016 to 2020, Jo served as a Senior Sponsorship Manager at Informa, responsible for sponsorship sales for Financial Services Conferences. In 2021, Jo joined Private Equity Insights as the Head of Sponsorship Sales, successfully onboarding new clients. From 2021 to 2023, Jo worked as a Sales Director at Strategy Insights. Currently, Jo is the Head of Partnerships at LegalTechTalk, a role they started in July 2023.

Jo Dixon completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality Management from Stenden South Africa in 2007. Jo then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Events Management at Stenden University, Netherlands from 2009 to 2010. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they attended London Metropolitan University to obtain an MA in International Events Management with a focus on Management.
