Jeaneth Decena is a member of the underwriting team at Legalist as a Senior Paralegal, assisting in the underwriting of potential investments in the areas of commercial and other business litigation. Prior to joining Legalist, Jeaneth is an experienced legal professional with extensive legal background cross-border (Asia and North America), most recently as a paralegal working on antitrust, securities, and complex litigation in plaintiffs' law firms such as Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.

Jeaneth earned her Paralegal Certificate at San Francisco State University, with honors. Jeaneth is also a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
