Vincent S. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both academic and practical environments. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School since August 2020, Vincent instructs the Poverty Law Clinic, providing valuable hands-on experience to law students. As a Senior Staff Attorney and Reentry Attorney at Legal Services of Northern Virginia since September 2016, Vincent has represented clients in driver’s license restoration and expungement hearings, taught legal rights classes in Adult Detention Centers, and mentored law students through a summer internship program. Prior legal experience includes serving as a Student Attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic at Washington & Lee School of Law and completing internships with the Honorable Judge Robert N. Hunter Jr. of the N.C. Court of Appeals and the United States Coast Guard Legal Service Command. Vincent holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Politics & Government from Bryan College.
