Anna Carlsson is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in tenant advocacy and community activism. Currently serving as a Skadden Fellow at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri since October 2021, Anna previously worked as a Student Advocate at the Harvard Law School Tenant Advocacy Project, where representation involved low- to moderate-income tenants in various legal matters. Anna’s background includes roles as a Legal Intern with the Neighborhood Vacancy Initiative and as a Summer Fellow at NeighborWorks America, focusing on shared equity housing research. Additional legal intern experience was gained with the Community Activism Law Alliance. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
