Sahara Sears has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sahara began their career at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a Cheerleader from 2006 to 2010. Sahara then joined Legal Resources in 2013, initially as a Communications Coordinator and later as an Account Manager from 2015 to 2017. During their time at Legal Resources, they gained experience in client management and promoting the company's legal plan as an employer-offered benefit. In 2017, Sahara took on a more strategic role at Legal Resources as the Head of Business and Product Development. In this position, they led cross-functional teams and was responsible for developing and launching legal and ID theft protection products. Sahara was also involved in market research, data analysis, and managing the product development budget. Sahara demonstrated strong leadership skills by overseeing the sales team and fostering their growth. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Regional Manager at Legal Resources, before returning to their role as Head of Business and Product Development in 2023. Sahara Sears started their education journey in 2011 by attending Hillsborough Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice. Sahara completed their studies at Hillsborough Community College in 2013. Following this, Sahara enrolled in the University of South Florida in the same year and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Criminal Justice. In addition to their degrees, Sahara obtained several certifications. In May 2011, they received a Private Investigator Certification from Hillsborough Community College. To further enhance their skills, Sahara obtained a Paralegal Certification from Florida Gulf Coast University in December 2013. Their last certification, as a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist, was obtained in June 2015 from the Institute of Consumer Financial Education, Inc.
